Prizes and pictures are sometimes given to individuals and groups who appreciate the combined physical and emotional value of trees, which are our shared symbols of eternal wisdom and healthy growth.

Because we are all busy we do not discuss the details of the presents
But we do like variety, as everyone contributes to the earth in their own ways.

We appreciate a local school sending pupils to nearby ‘Symphony Woods’ to trigger tree inspired music on site. A local night pianist, Rhys, plans his own tree inspired composition awakening people to trees’ beauty.

Newquay Community Orchard’s horticultural students, aged 16-24, are inspired by their staff, as are international pupils of a dedicated drama teacher adapting ‘My Suntrees’ into green games
